WHY

A high-energy instructional lacrosse camp run by the Lehigh coaching staff and varsity lacrosse players. We focus on being fundamentally sound and technically correct while creating a competitive learning environment.

 

Individual Skill Development
       - Experienced, positive coaches from all over the area

       - Dominating defense - defending the field and learning when to throw checks

       - Transition and settled offense and defense
       - Reading half and full field situations
       - Constant activity and high repetition drills

      - Experienced adult staff of current college coaches and players
